If you run into an issue with your camera or microphone, the first thing you should check is that your Camera and Microphone are set to Ask or Allow. Click the lock that appears in the URL address bar before the https:// address. Once clicked make sure Camera and Microphone are set at either Ask or Allow.
If that does not resolve the issue, follow this procedure:
Click on the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner of your Chrome Browser and select Settings.
1. Select Settings
2. Go to the bottom of the page to select Advanced
3. Go to the Privacy Section and select Content Settings
5. Restart your browser
Common problems: I can't hear, I see you but can't hear you, the video works but the sound doesn't
